2023-2024 School Year Tuition and Fees

Student Registration  

Students must have their registration fee paid off to secure their spot in the school. The early registration fee is $210 and its deadline is April 2023. Anytime after that, the fee is a set amount of $420. This fee is non-refundable.

*25% discount off the registration fee if you find our ad in our bulletin. Bring a hard copy of the ad in at the time of registration.


Our Lady of Charity is partnered with FACTS Management Company for tuition payments. Tuition for the 2023-2024 school year is $6,254. In addition, mandatory fundraising fees are $505. The non-refundable registration fee is $420. FACTS is the billing system for Our Our Lady of Charity and all students must be in their system and enrolled in a payment plan.


Tuition Payment Procedures

  • Options to remit are the 1st of the 20th of the month.

  • Annual payments are due in August 2023.

  • Ten Monthly installments are due July 2023 through April 2024.

Preschool for All Program

Meal Program

Our Lady of Charity School serves breakfast and hot lunch each school day through the Archdiocesan Lunch Program. Cost of the program depends on family income. 

Before and After Care Program 

Our before and after care programs are run by dedicated OLC teachers and staff members. They offer tutoring, homework help, computers, and snacks. The times and costs are as follows:

     Before Care:                                         After Care:      

     6:50 a.m. - 7:50 a.m.                             2:40 p.m. -  6:00 p.m.

     $5 per child.                                          $10 per child

All of our after-school activities are designed to keep students engaged in organized activities that will assist in their continued growth and development.

Volunteer Requirements (parents must volunteer 25 hours of their time)

All adults 18 and older must complete Virtus Training requirements and meet the Protecting God's Children Requirements to volunteer.

Safe Environment Compliance Guidelines Chart

  1. To complete the online Background check click here

  2. Complete the Code of Conduct Form- Return signed to the school you are volunteering. To be completed every year.

  3. Complete the CANTS form and return it to the school where you are volunteering (Please do not send it to DCFS)  To be completed every year.
