Student Registration
Students must have their registration fee paid to secure their spot in the school. The registration fee for the 2025-2026 school year is $300, and the technology fee is $100. These fees are non-refundable.

TUITION
Our Lady of Charity is partnered with FACTS Management Company for tuition payments. Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is $6,567. In addition, mandatory fundraising fees are $600. The non-refundable registration fee is $300 and $100 technology fee. FACTS is the billing system for Our Our Lady of Charity and all students must be in their system and enrolled in a payment plan.

Tuition Payment Procedures

Options to remit are the 1st of the 20th of the month.

Annual payments are due in August 2025.

Ten Monthly installments are due July 2025 through April 2026.

Financial Assistance Opportunities
FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment conducts the financial analysis for Our Lady of Charity. To apply for financial aid, visit our customer portal.

Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. A FACTS Grant & Aid Application MUST be filled out before being considered for any scholarships or assistance. Make sure that you have income information when filling out an application. If you file taxes, a copy of your latest tax return will be required as well as a copy of your W-2. If you do not file taxes simply click on Do Not File, you will still be required to give income information.

PROGRAMS
Preschool for All Program
The Preschool for All Program is offered at Our Lady of Charity School, click here for more information on how you might qualify for Free PreK.

Meal Program
Our Lady of Charity School serves breakfast and hot lunch each school day through the Archdiocesan Lunch Program. The cost of the program depends on family income.

Before and After Care Program
Our before and after care programs are run by dedicated OLC teachers and staff members. They offer tutoring, homework help, computers, and snacks. The times and costs are as follows:

Before Care:
6:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.
$10 per child.
​​
Held in the Extended Care room. Free breakfast is available daily.
​
After Care:
$15 per child
2:40 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
​​
A snack is served at no additional cost.
​​
This program is tailored for Pre k-8th grade students who need occasional care or daily care. Families can utilize Action for Children funding to cover program costs.

All of our after-school activities are designed to keep students engaged in organized activities that will assist in their continued growth and development.


VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
Parents must volunteer 30 hours of their time. All adults 18 and older must complete Virtus Training requirements and meet the Protecting God's Children Requirements to volunteer.

As you know, our school values the contribution of parent volunteers. To ensure a safe environment, we require all volunteers to complete Virtus training. Our Virtus training cycle runs from July to June, and this page will provide you with the necessary information to facilitate a smooth and organized process.
Please download and complete the attached PDF documents, and return these forms to the office as soon as possible, as background checks can take up to 10 days to process. Note that you must complete all training and submit these forms before you are eligible to volunteer.
To complete the Virtus training, you will need to:

Additionally, you must become a Mandated Reporter. After completing the course, please provide the office with a copy of your certificate. As a Mandated Reporter, you will have a responsibility to report any known or suspected abuse or neglect involving children, elders, or dependent adults. You can complete this training at:

For your convenience, the Compliance Guidelines Chart, CANTS 629 form, and CANTS 22 form are provided below. These documents outline the requirements and procedures for all school volunteers. Please note that you will not be permitted to volunteer at our school unless all criteria are met.
