I welcome you to Our Lady of Charity School for the 2015-2016 school year. My name is Lynn LeTourneau and I am your new school principal. I am so excited to be here at Our Lady of Charity School. Before coming to OLC, I was the Director of Religious Education at St. Patricia in Hickory Hills, IL. I was principal at St. Andrew the Apostle in Romeoville, IL., and my first teaching position was a Junior High Math teacher at St. Joseph in Joliet, IL. I have always worked in Catholic schools and I, myself, am a product of Catholic schools- St. Joseph and St. Anne in Chicago (now closed) was my grammar school and I also attended Maria High School, in Chicago (also now closed). My husband and I have three girls, ages three, nine and twelve. My children also attend Catholic school.
I am excited to work with the fantastic staff of teachers and staff here at OLC. Each teacher is committed to Catholic education. Many families have come to visit me and I have had many welcomes to OLC. I am grateful for each one of them. Please understand that while my door is open to you, my dedication to your children makes it necessary that I spend my time throughout the school. If you know you are coming and would like to meet with me, please make an appointment ahead of time is always appreciated so I am ready for you! Thank you for your cooperation.
